Quick workouts for the stay at home athlete or the traveling professional who has limited time. EMOMs ranging from 10 minutes to 40 minutes. Each workout includes a cardio segment to make sure you are building that engine in the mean time.

WHY WE MADE THEM

We made this workout routine during a period where we were traveling every month for work and needed workouts that could be done every week to maintain fitness on the road. We never stay in the same predictable kind of gym that we are used to haveing. Having an EMOM requiring minimal equipment and giving the maximum effort possible was the best thing to get the job done.
